Beyoncé’s “The Formation World Tour” is, without exaggeration, monolithic, perfectly capturing the intimacy and passion of this iconic star using state-of-the-art entertainment technology.  Pyrotek is honored to be part of this gigantic production and we have incorporated a wide range of towering effects into this stadium event. Early in the night, we help Beyoncé add punch to “Bow Down,” as red comets streak across the stage. Soon after, we help take “Run the World” to a level of immensity fitting of this vast show, with eight massive flame units on top of the set that project columns of flame 40 feet high for a powerful look. In “Don’t Hurt Yourself,” the video monolith that dominates the set splits apart and an array of durational gerbs and red strobe flares are projected from its center. In a truly awe-inspiring display. Near the end of the show, during “Party”, Beyoncé takes close-up and knocks it over the moon, as her image appears on the monolith accented by durational gerbs that appear to originate from her eyes.  This audience favorite concludes with a massive confetti cue. Finally, the encore performance of “Halo” doses out this spectacle in a colossal fashion, with large-scale pyrotechnics including an array of comets and mines from the top of the monolith that perfectly complement the frenetic energy onstage. This truly is a show for the ages and we are proud to have been chosen by Beyoncé to help bring this immense performance to life.
